Operation Management Trainee (OMT)

For the purpose of building up manufacturing and engineering management talent pipe line, developing future operation management leader, we set up OMT program.

The Operation Management Trainee Program (OMT) accelerates the excellent new graduates with bachelor or master degree in major of chemical engineering, Polymer Science or Chemical Mechanical etc. savvy talent through a structured training program, combining job assignments in production, EHS, supply chain… interactive seminars and trainings.

Candidates are hired into Nantong Plant, Momentive Performance Materials China.

OMT program is :

• A two-year program consisting of 3 eight-month cross-function rotational assignments within the manufacture of Momentive Performance Materials in China.

• Program participants strengthen their technical knowledge, processing management and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of classroom training, online training symposiums.

• Application Close Date: Oct. 26th, 2009

• On Board Date: July , 2010

The Requirements

In addition to a strong academic record with a bachelor or master degree in major of chemical engineering, Polymer Science or Chemical Mechanical，the key success factors are:

• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• Keen in the manufacture production operation management
